You need a visa before you leave for China!
A visa is a "pre-authorization" stamp inside your passport. The passport must be valid and not expire for at least 6 months from the date you plan to enter China. The visa stamp permits entry into China for Tourist / Family Visit (L) Visa, Business Visit (F) Visa, Employment / Work (Z) Visa, Study (X) Visa or other purposes. All travel into China requires a visa.
Two ways to get a China visa!
- You may appear in person at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate to apply a China visa. You will need to return to pick up the visa, or deal with any problems that arise.
- 2. You may authorize a courier service such as China Visa Express to apply in person on your behalf.
