It is now possible to print visa application forms in Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe PDF files require Acrobat Reader software from Adobe Systems Inc.

*1. If you are submitting multiple applications, you need to pay only one FedEx return shipping fee if all passports are returned to the same address. For ten or more passports, the FedEx fee is $35.

*2. Applications for same day rush service must be received by 10:00AM. You must therefore use the early morning delivery services of FedEx, UPS or DHL only.

*3. Applications for regular and express services must be received by 12:30PM to be processed on the same day it was received.

Our Services and Fees

After we receive you application documents, We will carefully review your application form to make sure that everything is OK. If there are any potential problems, We will notify you right away. We will send your visa application documents to the Consulate for processing and pick it up on the scheduled pick-up date. After making sure your visa is correct, We will go to post office or drop-off box to ship your visa using the overnight shipping pack provided by you and notify you right away.

1. $35.00 per visa for normal service (4 business days).
   
   
2. Additional $20.00 per visa for rush service.
   
   
3. A prepaid, self-addressed FedEx, DHL/Airborne or UPS letter pack.
   
   
4. Or $20.00 (with print mailing address) for mailling visa back to you.
