Terms and Conditions

We work extensively to keep the information on our web site current and up to date, the application requirements, forms, fees and processing times are subject to change without notice.

We will try our every effort to obtain your China visa in time, but we are not responsible for unpredictable delays out of our control like but not limited to:

• Inclement weather;
  
  
• Documents missed our processing dead lines because of third party shipments:
  
  
  1. 10:00 AM for the same day service;
     
     
  2. 12:30 PM for the regular and next day service.
     
     
• Additional documentations needed by the consulate officials in order to issue a visa;
  
  
• Personal interview required by the consulate officials;
  
  
• Unexpected or unannounced consulate closures;
  
  
• Rejected due to incomplete forms, improper photos or incorrect information you provided;
  
  
• No fee will be refunded after we drop off your visa applications to the visa office;
  
  
• Full service fee will be refunded if your visa applications are cancelled before we process them;
  
  
• All cancellations must be in writing either by fax (713-456-2864) or by emails (info@chinavisa4u.com) and will be effective upon receipt by China Visa Express;
  
  
• Applicants are responsible to check and make sure the visas are issued correctly;
  
  
• Applicants are responsible to select their own prefer shipping service and pay the shipping fee. China Visa Express is not responsible to the third party shipping delays.
